The Site also offers a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generator, supplier directory, and price trend analytics. Pricing data is updated approximately every 14 days by our team of market analysts.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. API Access

API access is governed by your subscription plan's rate limits. Exceeding your plan's call limit will result in temporary suspension of API access. API keys must not be shared or embedded in public repositories.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the pricing data is accurate, complete, or current. All prices are indicative and for reference purposes only. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCCPricing.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on pricing data, or inability to access the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
